CHRISTMAS TREATS WEEK THREE

here we are already into week three, my how times goes by ! I came across a recipe for homemade oatmeal cream pies on Pinterest, I thought humm looks good but I don’t know lol! so I went for it!

cookie23

so far so good, looked like cookies to me lol! now to make the filling & put them together

   cookie22
cookie21.

the cookies were a little thicker than I thought they should be even using regular flour but it didn’t keep us from eating them lol! in the original recipes she used a small melon baler & I used a spoon, that may have had something to do with how they rise, so guess I’ll have to go buy one & try them again lol!
