PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL


With the Holidays upon us, we're coming & going from one get together to the next, Christmas parties with family, work, church, friends, then there are those we host ourselves, ye Dec seems to be a big ole party month for most & as always what to bring, what to serve so today we are serving you a delicious pineapple cheese ball, this is perfect for big crowds, I've made this a few times & it is fantastic & quick to make up for that just right thing to take somewhere
PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
2 packs(8oz) cream cheese
1/4cup(5oz) crushed pineapple drained
2 cup pecans (add only 1)
whip cream cheese with fork till creamy
add all ingredients
roll into ball
wrap in foil & refrigerate over night
roll cheese ball in the other cup of pecans
place cheese ball on a festive holiday plate surounded with crackers of your choice or melba toast, the ideas are endless

Oh, yum! I love cheeseballs and this one sounds similar to the recipe I make of my mom's except hers has some seasoned salt and green pepper. My mouth is watering just thinking of it. LOL! :D
