TOWN HOUSE COOKIES

Today's recipe is really simple & really good,it just takes a few basic ingredients
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


Town house crackers

creamy peanut butter

almond bark (sometimes called van.bark or candy coating)


Spead peanut butter between two crackers.....you usually will get about 3 doz.


Melt bark in a boiler on medium heat placed in a bigger bolier of boiling water

this is our version of a double bolier LOL


Dip crackers in melted coating & place on waz paper to cool


Store in a tin cookie can layered in tissue paper

Thank you for reminding me about these cookies - the kids helped me make them and we gave them as gifts to all their cousins in cute little scrapbooked boxes!
