Have you heard that saying, pictures don’t lie? lol! well when I began to take pictures of myself I seemed to look bigger than I appear lol!ok so I’ve gained some weight lol! anyways here’s my big ole self in my new blouse
maybe I’ll whip up another big ole blouse in the morning lol!on a brighter note it is too big around the neck & I actually have it pulled up, I will make adjustments tomorrow
whew! I’ve gained a lot of weight lol! there! I said it!lol!a few days ago I was flipping through the channels on TV & there was one of those shows where they dress you up in pretty cloths to suite your size, I heard a lady say (“I’m just going to embrace the size I am now because I know I wont’ be this size forever “) I like that! lol!
the blouse is from McCall's M5890
it was easy to put together even with there being princess seams on the front & back, the pattern says stretch knits only, maybe I should have went size smaller &stretched it as I sewed? I’m new to sewing stretchy fabric, all in all I think I’d sew this pattern again

It is so not fair that our mirrors and our cameras disagree with how we really look. I am far more gorgeous and thin in my mirror. My camera on the other hand is an evil b*tch. 8-)
I think you are beautiful.
Remember, Marilyn Monroe was a size 14. I think all of these waifs don't hold a candle to her.
