According to the calendar it is finally Summer, sure could of fooled us here in Ala with temps being in the high 90’s for the last month of Spring lol!
I did another refashion project before cutting into & messing up my good pretty fabric & having it wind up in the slap stich Monday lol! it’s time to go through cloths, cull out, throw out etc., hubby gathered up some of his white tee shirts that had seen their better days as far as wearing them, he was headed for the garbage when I said stop! I have plans for those lol! “good ole Pinterest” lol!
I cut off the tops just under the arms
then I took one & cut the top into three sections, cutting from the neck & under arms ,these will become the bodice & the straps
I cut the other tees & then cut down one side, opening them up & turning long ways, this will give you a long panel ,pinned & sewed together
then gathered across the top & sewed to the top, hem & waa la, his tee is now a gown for you!
