DRY THE JARS

BLANCH THE TOMATOES

COLD WATER BATH THE TOMATOES

PEEL THE TOMATOES

CHOP THE TOMATOES, ONIONS, & PEPPERS OH MY!

ADD SPICES & ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS

WATER BATH UM, COOL UM

25 JARS LATER YOU HAVE SALSA

I haven’t seen Atlas jars in years, how cute is that, there were in my daughters basement when she bought her house, I had also bought some pint & 1/2 jars at Wal-Mart, such a  cute size to work with, between my two daughters & me there;s enough to have 8 jars each, humm who will get the extra jar? lol! it was  a fun day & a long day, the jars were way to hot to try to bring home after all it was going on midnight lol so I left them to cool & said not to worry I’ll be back for my salsa lol!
