SUNDAY SELECTIONS

Hello, we hope that you've had a wonderful blessed week, we had a fantastic Revival this past week, ending Friday night with the thought, who is Jesus to you? It's not a matter of trying to think about that, for it is one of those answers that shouldn't have an end to it, take a moment & think about who is Jesus to you, is he your savior? is he your provider? Is he your comforter? Is he your best friend? There is no one answer to this question if you know him , besides all of those things & more he's the wind in my sail, he dwells in my secret place, he's the glue in my marriage & the list can go on & on, so take a moment today & ponder on who Jesus is to you, begin to praise him for bringing you to where you are today, for this is the day the Lord has made, so rejoice & be glad in it & know that he is good!

PSALMS 95 1-7

(1)Oh come, let us sing unto the Lord, let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation

(2)Let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving and make joyful noise unto him with Psalms

(4)In his hand are the deep places of the earth, the strength of the hills is his also

(5)The sea is his and he made it and his hands formed the dry land

The 100th Psalm (along with the 23rd) is one of my favorites. I can remember my grandmother giving me a Bible for my birthday at age seven, and I sat there with her until we had memorized the 100th and the 23rd. They are still a comfort to me half a century later!

I love the Psalms, and I love Jesus. He is strong when I'm weak, and he forgives me those weaknesses because He's true to His word which is such a comfort. He's that and so very much more including a very loving Savior and friend.

Oh, how I love Jesus...

Sheila :-)
