WHEN FRIENDS GIVE YOU PEPPERS

 

 peppers are done!  I couldn't find a true recipe that comes close to the ones he likes from the Mexican restaurants, found two that sounded close so we took ingredients from both recipes & made up our own lol! beef, rice, tomatoes, cheese, spices etc stuffing was a little messy but a sweep with a paper towel does the trick lol then flash froze, then wrapped indivually saran then into baggies,he has to go out of town this week for plant meetings so we’ll give them a taste test in a few weeks 

different versions call to roast, grill, fry, bake, I’ll be baking these so we’ll see how they do, plus they’re not the true poblano’s but  with all the Mexican spices they’re defiantly not the ordinary stuffed pepper & may wind up being  a keeper for the recipe box
