With Christmas just around the corner there's lots of cookie, candy, cakes, & pies , nut mixes etc. going on, you don't have to go all out to give a special treat even the simplest cookie can be dressed up for Christmas, such as peanut butter
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
2eggs
1c.sugar
1c. peanut butter
flour (add till desired thickness)
roll into balls & with prongs of fork make criss cross's atop cookie
bake 350 about 8 min. cookies will appear soft to the touch but will set as they cool, don't over bake, they cook quick

It's hard to believe but somehow... I've never made peanut butter cookies in my life. Really so few ingredients? Wow :) I suppose PB does double duty as fat and flavor, etc....
